Grad Transitions
All BC Secondary School students who are enrolled in Grade 10, 11 or 12 as of Sept. 1, 2007 and beyond must demonstrate they have met the prescribed learning outcomes for personal health, community connections and transition planning.

Graduation Transitions is intended to prepare students for a successful transition to life after secondary school. Students are responsible for planning and preparing their education, career, and life goals through Graduation Transitions.

If you have any questions about Grad Transitions, please see Mr. Fedrau in the Counselling Center.

FAQ's
Q: Can I count previous work or volunteer experience toward the 30 hours required?
A: Yes. You may use work or volunteer experience from grades 11 or 12 as long as you can get that supervisor to fill out the evaluation form.

Q: How much physical activity am I required to do?
A: You are required to do an average of 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity throughout the year. Courses such as PE 12, Strength 12, Superfit 12, etc. can be used for one semester but a plan of physical activity throughout the other semester must be given during the presentation.
